Where is my order?

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Our products are made to order. Please allow 48-72 hrs for your order to process! We ship out on weekends. Shipping may take 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please see your tracking details provided in the confirmation email for more specific information.

 

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at [email protected]  within 48 hours of receiving the package with your full name, order number, AND a photo of the package. We can issue a refund of purchase, or send out a new product.

Are your products all natural?
Yes! We use all natural and organic herbal blends!

 

Are your products vegan?

As of right now, our only vegan product is our detox mask.

Can we expedite shipping?

Yes, your items can be sent overnight, but it will cost more! We ship USPS priority domestically in the USA.

 

I've received a damaged package, what do I do?

In the unfortunate event you have received a damaged package, please contact us at shopsaturdayluv@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving the package with your full name, order number, AND a photo of the damaged package. We can issue a refund of purchase, or send out a new product.

Are your products fragrance-free?

Yes, all of our products are fragrance-free. We do not use essential oils. Our products are scented by the organic oils and herbs we infuse.
